AirSweep CIP's 3-Sweep Process fully automates material activation and dry and wet cleaning. It can switch between three modes with no intervention or interruption.
FLOW SWEEP

AirSweep CIP is a three-in-one pneumatic flow aid and CIP solution tool for industrial processing vessels. It is the first device to combine material flow activation and both dry and wet cleaning in a single automated system.
AirSweep CIP uses a non-invasive process where the vessel stays sealed during dry and wet cleaning cycles. It eliminates the need to open vessels and prevents outside contamination, airborne dust, and foreign materials from entering the system.
The system makes use of the AirSweep USDA-Accepted 185 flow aid and AirSweep USDA SPV, the world’s first sanitary pulse valve. Both meet strict global sanitary design standards and are made of USDA-accepted materials.
AirSweep CIP can be installed on the following vessels:
- Silos, hoppers, blenders, paddle blenders, feeders
- Ribbon mixers, plough shear mixers, paddle blenders, conical type, vertical mixers or even liquid vacuum mixing tanks

No. Unlike continuous airflow systems, AirSweep uses short, powerful pulses to activate material and clean vessel surfaces. In fact, a typical system uses less than 10 CFM of compressed air or gas. The AirSweep USDA SPV’s patented technology also delivers high-impact air pulses while minimizing air consumption and energy costs.
By minimizing downtime during production and cleaning, CIP enables manufacturers to run additional batches and generate more sales from existing assets. In an independent CIP trial, AirSweep CIP system reduced a typical 3-hour cleaning process to just 30 minutes, the equivalent of two or more extra batches in the equivalent time gained.
